Important Competitor Information

Submit Your Posing Routine Music

Competitors in Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique must submit their posing music before the deadline. Review all music requirements below and use the submission link included in your competitor registration receipt email.

Final Submission Deadline

Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM

Music must be submitted before the deadline so the production team has adequate time to organize and prepare every routine.

Who Must Submit Music?

Custom music is required only for divisions that perform an individual posing routine during the evening finals.

  • Fitness presentations, unless otherwise directed

These competitors will present onstage using music selected by the event production team.

Music Requirements

Prepare Your Routine Correctly

Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique posing routines may be up to 60 seconds long.

No Obscene Lyrics

Music containing obscene or inappropriate lyrics may result in disqualification. Review the complete track before submitting it.

Submit the Correct File

Make sure your music is the final edited version and begins exactly where you want your posing routine to start.

Important: Do not assume the production team will edit, trim, fade or select a starting point for your music. Submit the exact version you want played during your routine.

Find the competitor registration receipt sent after you completed your registration.

Find the Music Link

Open the music-submission link included in the registration receipt email.

Upload Final Music

Upload your final edited music file and complete all required identifying information.

Submit by Deadline

Complete your upload no later than Wednesday, July 15 at 2:00 PM Pacific.

  • The music is your final edited version

Posing Music FAQ

Do Bikini, Figure, Wellness, Fit Model or Men’s Physique competitors submit music?

No. Those divisions will present using event house music unless competitors receive different instructions directly from the production team.

How long may my posing routine be?

Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique competitors will have up to 60 seconds for their routine.

Can the event team edit or trim my music?

Competitors should submit the final edited version they want used. Do not rely on the production team to trim, fade or select the correct starting point.

What happens if my music includes obscene lyrics?

Obscene or inappropriate lyrics may result in disqualification. Carefully review the entire submitted clip.
