Competitor Check-In & Weigh-In

Arrive prepared. Complete check-in. Get ready for show day.

Every registered athlete must complete competitor check-in before stepping onto the 2026 KlickWay NPC Washington State Open stage. Athletes will verify registration information, present their NPC membership card, complete required height or weight verification and receive their competitor materials.

Masters and Junior athletes should bring identification showing their date of birth. All athletes should have their current NPC membership information ready.

Friday Evening Check-In Schedule

Plan to arrive with enough time to complete the full process before the competitor meeting begins. Do not wait until the final few minutes of the check-in window.

5:00–6:00 PM

Competitor Check-In and Weigh-In

Athletes will verify their entry, show their current NPC membership, complete any required height or weight measurement and receive their competitor number, goodie bag and contest shirt.

6:00 PM

Mandatory Competitor Meeting

The competitor meeting follows check-in at the Auburn Performing Arts Center. Athletes should remain on-site and be prepared to receive important show-day instructions.

What Happens During Competitor Check-In?

The check-in process confirms that each athlete is assigned to the correct division and class before the official competition begins.

Present your current NPC membership information and identification when applicable.

Measure or Weigh In

Athletes will be measured or weighed when required for their division and class.

Receive Athlete Materials

Pick up your competitor number, event goodie bag and contest shirt before attending the meeting.

⚠️ Do Not Forget Your NPC Card

All competitors must be current members of the National Physique Committee. Before leaving for check-in, make sure you can access your current NPC membership card.

Competitors who still need an NPC membership or need to locate their card should visit the official NPC registration website.
