- Titles/Hobbies/Accomplishments –I came from the philippines in 1988, to taste the so “CALLED the “American Dream”, Went to Lindbergh Highschool in Renton,wa and graduated in 1991, I then pursue my college courses as computer Science degree at renton Technical collage, through the years of hard work, I decided to moved to sandiego, cal in 2001, and lived there since 2011, and decided to moved back to be with my parents… then gotta job in seattle.
While i was here i couldn’t figure out what to do,I was fat, lazy and misserable but the best part of it all is that i have my Great parents and family’ and good friend that help me and support to change my lifestyle. I told my self Im all done being fat.. being lazy and being unmotivated all the time, so I then decided to go to gym and lose all this fat off me. i hated my self. so here i am working hard so i can go on the stage to show you how my transformation and the creation that i did. with the help of my coach, friend and a family.. Alden Gamet.. he told me once before i’ll step on the stage.. it’s not all about winning, it’s not all about the trophy, its all about fame…but it’s all about “YOU” being healthy.. its not about winning on the stage but its all about “YOU” and being on the stage is just a graduation for me that I did it.. I’m ALL DONE.. this is a fun journey and i will continue not only to be healthy but also to help encourage everyone that it can be done just stay Focus and be committed.. also It’s easier when you have a good family and friends that are there to support you and go through this changes in your life… but at the end.. its all about “YOU”.I enjoyed fishing.. camping… hiking, cycling, bowling. working out, networking and helping others to change their lifestyle like i did.. if i can do it. so can you.. I started at 189lbs @ 27% body… to 143-145 @ 6%body fat… wow. i think that’s an amazing transformation.. I hope that I inspire all of you… This is my First to compete and it’s not be the last…
